RE: IMPORTANT NOTICE - CHANGE IN COMMUNICATION PLATFORM

As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the privacy and security of our members, we would like to inform you of a significant change in our communication methods.

Effective from February 9th, 2024, the use of WhatsApp for all official communications within Ballyjamesduff AFC is longer be permitted. This decision has been made in light of recent privacy concerns and a reassessment of our communication policies.

It is essential for all members, players, coaching staff, and officials to transition to alternative communication platforms approved by the club. We understand the convenience that WhatsApp has provided in the past, but our commitment to safeguarding your privacy and data has prompted this change.

Please make sure to update your contact information and familiarize yourself with the Clubzap App that is now the only form of Communication to be used by our Club.

It is important to note that Ballyjamesduff AFC will accept no responsibility for any messages, content, or data shared on WhatsApp after the specified date. We strongly advise all members to refrain from using WhatsApp for any official club-related discussions beyond February 9, 2024.
