Dear Parent / Guardian,
The AGM of Ballyjamesduff AFC takes place on Wednesday, May 13th, in St. Joseph’s Hall, Ballyjamesduff at 8.30pm. We would ask that all Members make an effort to attend and be available to help the club continue to provide a very worthwhile sporting and social outlet for our young people. Our Committee is vital to the running of this Club. Without a Committee, the Club will not function. We require volunteers for coaching and the committee to ensure the Club is run correctly and smoothly. The Club has a large membership and our Committee is far too small for this size of membership.
We would like to sincerely thank our coaches, Parents /Guardians, committee members and sponsors for all their hard work and commitment to our club. It is very important that the AGM is attended in good numbers and that people make themselves available to help in various capacities to help with the running of the club.
We ask you to take the opportunity to nominate people who you think would help to run the club. Please take the time to nominate a person or people who you feel will help our club grow and to keep on serving our community.
Attendance at the AGM is open to all parents/guardians of children in the club.
