Parent's/Guardian's Responsibilities:

Please refrain from coaching your child during games. Let the coaches coach and respect their decisions.
Football is a team game. Help your child understand that they are contributing to a team effort.
Be positive and supportive of all players. Criticism does not improve performance.
Refrain from criticising coaches, team mates, opponents and referees.
Attend games and support your child and their team wherever possible through fundraising activities.
Make sure your child gets to games/training on time with correct attire.
We kindly ask all parents/guardians to remain behind the barrier at all home games.

Players Responsibilities:

Respect your team, opponents and referees.
Respect you coaches and referees decisions.
Arrive at games/training on time.
Tell your manager in good time if you are unavailable to train or play.
Ensure you have the correct attire and equipment.

Ballyjamesduff AFC fully supports the aims and objectives of "Lets Kick Racism out of Football" Campaign.

Football provides us with a unique opportunity to show unity between players of different origins. Parents, players, referees and administrators should be aware that racist abuse (such as name calling) will NOT be tolerated within our club.
Individuals who are found to have acted in a racist manner in either excluding ethnic minorities or found to be engaging in racist abuse or harassment will face having their registration with the club cancelled.

Players suffering racist abuse are encouraged to report it to referees on the field of play and to the Secretary or Chairperson of the club. The league should also be informed immediately. Don't let racism ruin our game.

Please note that any form of bullying will NOT be accepted by the club and could lead to registration being revoked.
